Geometric Power recently welcomed some new arrivals to beef up the executive team.

They are:

Mr. Anthony Apps

Project Manager – Aba IPP

Tony joins Team Geometric from PB Power, an energy industry infrastructure consulting firm where he provided advisory services on energy related projects. An experienced engineer with extensive background in thermal/ nuclear power stations, he has also served as site manager for numerous high voltage substation & transmission line projects. In his role as Project Manager, he will be responsible for the successful completion and implementation of the Aba IPP project.

Mr. Stanley Nwachukwu

Deputy Director, Finance

Stanley joins Team Geometric from The Coca-Cola Company – Atlanta Georgia, USA where he held the position of Finance Director. He brings over 14 years of financial planning experience with multi-national companies including Siemens Energy and Kraft Foods Inc.

In his role as Deputy Finance Director, he will be responsible for financial reporting and accounting while overseeing the fiscal management aspects of Geometric Power projects operations.

I.K. Anthony Okobi

Deputy Director, Corporate Services/ Business Development

I.K. joins Team Geometric from Hyatt Hotels & Resorts where he served as Operations Director for their Washington DC USA, area hotels. He brings 15 years of extensive top management, operations and customer service experience with multinational organizations including Marriott International and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. In his role as Deputy Director, Corporate Services, I.K. will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the various key units of the Corporate Services department, supervision of staff and business development.

Lica joins Team Geometric from his position as managing director with ABC Shelters Limited, a manufacturer of modern housing units here in Abuja. He is a certified engineer in good standing with the council for regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). Lica will be located in Aba where he will be responsible for the supervision of civil works at the power plant, overhead lines, substations and Geometric village.
